Why every entrepreneur should use Canva
Canva is a great design platform for entrepreneurs to use. The graphic design platform has many capabilities and allows you to produce the following:
The list goes on. The great thing about this is the ease of use. They allow you to let your creative juices flow and create your own graphic or if your imagination is a little restrained you can use their templates. I rely on Canva when I’m creating a whole heap of graphics from Facebook headers to graphics for my clients website - and the quality is amazing (which is something that is really important when designing a website and adding images).
The best elements of Canva:
Upload: You can upload your own images to add to your graphic and it stays on Canva in your Upload library.
Templates: Canva allow for an array of templates for you to choose from if you’re a bit stuck and need some inspiration. You only need to change the images and text, then it’s yours to download and use.
Stock Images: Canva also allows for you to search for stock images to use, some free and some costing a small fee and have certain restrictions on certain images.
Icons: Canva is great when creating Instagram highlights, and you can search and use Icons (again some come with restrictions of use) that will make your highlights look amazing and illustrate exactly what to expect from it, when they click on it to load.
Charts: Need to crunch numbers and illustrate growth in your graphic, Canva allows you to do just that with their charts.
Text: They allow for you to create text with different fonts, or use their examples as a template and just update the text.
Share: You can also share your designs with others, with a link for them to get into and edit themselves.
Canva is great when taking away the overwhelm and frustration of building graphics for you and your business. It’s why every entrepreneur should learn to and use this platform for their business.
So if you’re wondering why you should use this platform, take this example for Facebook posts and wanting to get attention:
According to Kissmetrics, photos get 53% more likes, 104% more comments and 84% more click-throughs on links than text-based posts.
